Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices, for sold-out items, and for typographical errors.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Dankort/VISA/MasterCard

  • MobilePay

  • Apple Pay

  • Bank transfer (by agreement)

Payment is only deducted when the item is shipped.

Delivery
We ship orders to all of Denmark and the EU.
Normal delivery time is 1–2 business days for Danish orders and 2–7 business days within the EU.
We use PostNord, GLS or DAO.
A tracking number will be sent upon dispatch.

Shipping prices:

  • Denmark: From DKK 39 – free for orders over DKK 999

  • EU: Automatically calculated at checkout (depends on weight and destination)

NOTE: Local import/customs regulations may apply in certain countries. The buyer is responsible for these.

Inventory reservation and right to make changes
We reserve the right for inventory errors and situations where we receive fewer items from our suppliers than ordered (allocation). In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel all or parts of the order

  • Scale down quantities in the order to distribute products equally

  • Prioritise orders on a first-come, first-served basis (date/time of order)

You will always be contacted if this occurs and given the opportunity to accept the change or cancel your order.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
The item must be returned in the same condition, and any seal must not be broken.

To return an item, you must:

  1. Provide written notice to info@nordic-card.dk

  2. Fill out the return form

  3. Send the item securely packaged

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Right to complain
A 24-month right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
In case of defects/shortcomings – contact us as soon as possible with a picture and order number.
